  • Ages 20 to 39 Years: A full eye exam should be done every two years unless there is vision loss or other eye problems present.
  • Ages 40 to 64 Years: The eyes go through continuous changes between the ages of 40 and 64. Eye exams should happen annually.

EYE EXAMS FOR ALL AGES

Our comprehensive eye exams will help us get an in-depth view of your eyes. If you have been struggling to read the newspaper in the mornings or if street signs have seemed out of focus, it is time to visit Smith's Optical of Oyster Bay. We will ensure that your prescription is current and accurate, and we will check for refractive issues such as astigmatism.

We can provide "DMV Eye Exams!"

Many eye diseases have no early onset symptoms. It is crucial to get your eyes examined routinely so that we can check for glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Sager will even be able to detect any early symptoms of conditions such as high blood pressure or high cholesterol just by taking a close look at your retinas and eye blood vessels!
